Women of Exchange Empowerment (WoEE) is a ministry component of the Divine Exchange Ministry, Inc.
We are a Tribe of Spirit-filled, Spirit-led women who made a conscious decision to Exchange that which was negative to that which is positive.
We are COMPASSIONATE, COMMITTED, CARING, CONCERNED, & CONSISTENT, in sharing the Unconditional Love of the Almighty God to HOMELESS, HOPELESS, HURTING women and young girls that are often living in heightened vulnerability to substance use disorder, family violence, criminal thinking, and other maladaptive behaviors.

Seasonal Spirit-led / Peer-led women’s Zoom forum for women between the ages of 18 and older. It is a SAFE and STABLE community where woman connect, and communicate, one to another.
The Prayer Lab is a free quarterly training that is provided to the community. Launched in March of 2023 and is a well structured, quarterly two (2) hours transformational training.

Never Under Estimate the Power of Togetherness
Women are more likely to experience poverty than men. As of 2021, women accounted for nearly 56% of adults in poverty in the U.S.
Women and girls living in poverty are more vulnerable to various forms of violence, including domestic violence, human trafficking, and sexual exploitation.
Poverty can hinder access to quality education for girls and boys alike. However, girls often face additional barriers such as cultural norms, and early pregnancies, which can prevent them from attending school
Insufficient income and resources can lead to inadequate nutrition, affecting physical and cognitive development in children, and maternal health.
WoEE is a team of Spirit-filled, God-fearing women sharing the message of Unconditional, Unrestricted, and Uninhabited Love to women and girls that are often living in heightened vulnerability to sexual abuse, substance use, domestic violence and other maladaptive behaviors.
